Priority expresses relative importance; a due date expresses when an action is expected. They are different fields.
A time-sensitive customer action may need High priority while retaining its agreed deadline. The task fixture is already saved so you can practice editing it.

A task can be High priority and due next week, while another is Normal priority and due tomorrow.
A common mistakeChanging Priority does not automatically move the due date.
