Connect a person to a company
A contact represents a person connected to an account. The Account field creates that business relationship.
Use the existing company record where one already exists. Contact email and title describe the person rather than the organization.

A simple example
Morgan at Bluebird Ltd is a contact; Bluebird Ltd is the account associated with that contact.
A common mistakeThe contact’s full name goes in Full name, while the organization goes in Account.
